What’s behind a bathroom remodel that homeowners don’t see?
Waterproofing, ventilation, and drainage. We open the walls, correct what’s hidden, and rebuild these correctly before any tile goes up — that’s what makes the finish last.
Can you build a curbless or walk-in shower in my home?
In most cases, yes. We assess the floor structure and drain location, then detail the slope and waterproofing so a curbless shower performs as well as it looks.
How do you deal with Tucson’s hard water and dryness?
We choose fixtures and surfaces that resist mineral buildup and specify ventilation sized for the space, so the finished bath stays easy to maintain.
Will the remodel be disruptive?
A bath remodel is contained, but there will be dust and noise during demolition. We protect the surrounding home and keep the work area sealed.
Do you remodel more than one bathroom at a time?
Yes — we often phase multiple baths together and coordinate shared plumbing so the work is efficient and the results are consistent.
