How is whole-home design different from doing one room at a time?
We plan proportion, materials, and flow across the entire floor plan at once, so decisions in the kitchen, baths, and living spaces reinforce each other instead of competing.
Do we have to build everything at once?
No. A whole-home design can be built in phases — we sequence it so early work doesn’t have to be undone later, and the plan holds together even if it takes time.
Can you work with our home’s existing architecture?
Yes. We design to the character of the house — desert contemporary, mid-century, or otherwise — rather than imposing a look that fights it.
What do we receive at the end?
A coordinated set of plans, elevations, 3D, and finish schedules for every room, plus an itemized budget — ready to build with confidence.
Is a whole-home design worth it if we’re on a budget?
