Do you handle demolition and construction, or just design?
Both. The same studio that designs your kitchen manages demolition, trades, cabinetry, and installation — one accountable team from start to finish.
Can I cook at home during the remodel?
We’ll set up a temporary kitchen area where we can and be upfront about the stretch — usually during demo and countertop templating — when the kitchen is fully out of service.
What surprises come up in older Tucson kitchens?
Once walls open we sometimes find dated wiring, galvanized supply lines, or unpermitted past work. Because we measure and plan thoroughly first, these are handled deliberately rather than as budget shocks.
How accurate is the schedule?
Because one team runs the job and the design is fully documented before we build, our schedules tend to hold. We tell you the realistic timeline, not the optimistic one.
Who installs the cabinetry and stone?
Our own crew sets the cabinetry, and we coordinate stone templating and installation directly — so the finished kitchen matches the drawing.
